In Singapore, when you buy a whole chicken, you buy a whole chicken.

  2. So who cuts the head off the chicken and how much does a chicken of that size cost. At least the feather are off!

    • Dale Stockdale does not cut the head off a chicken. Mrs. Stockdale couldn’t find the kitchen, so the only logical answer is the Assistant Stockdale. A chicken runs about $8.00, which isn’t that bad. They save on labor by leaving the head on.
